I paid for a 12mo service. Then after receiving 3.5 months of service, McAfee discontinued Gamer Security without refunding the remaining amount I had paid. Customer support claims that it was after 60-days so they cannot do anything for me, even though McAfee cancelled and not me.

My step-father in 2007-2018 used McAfee on his laptop after that we cancelled the subscription as he did not use it that much after he retired
We realized that you have been charging him twice a month for a grand total of £719.91 up to 2022 I have spoken 2 people and was told that we did nor cancel the subscription or did we change the old email address to the new one but this was done in 2018 only a manger can refund that amount I did have a supervisor call me on the 10/07/2022 who refunded me £79.99 and £89.99 but refused to refund the rest and now waiting on a manger to call me this seems to be a common thing after reading reviews taking people’s money from their accounts , please would look into this at your urgent request now we are in September and just called and still will not refund his money even though i got sent a REFUND REIMBURSEMENT FORM

1) Beware auto renew. A charge of $141.36 for one year charged to my account. EVEN THOUGH MY SUBSCRIPTION WASN'T YET EXPIRED. My subscription was good through Oct 8. I was charged the outrageous renewal on Sept 16.

2) When you go to your account to cancel, good luck. You get the online runaround for a while which leads you to a phone number (the only way to cancel). Then you are connected to a call center in India, where the communication is both difficult and tedious. It took me two separate phone calls and much discussion, much repetitive information, plus two significant time-outs on hold, just to cancel. Will NEVER again buy Mcafee.

I called to end the "auto renewal" of my subscription.
I was asked if I wanted to cancel right away. Answered yes. They literally stole the last month of my "protection" I had already paid for.

Would give 0. Advertise they will refund within 60 days but I had a stroppy woman arguing. I didn’t ever authorise the account and they still argues!!

common scam. they make it virtually impossible to get the refund you are entitled to by law

Cancelled my autorenewal last year and this morning they've taken £84.99 from me. The same package is £27.49 for new customers. I appreciate the risks of being charged multiples of the initial price on auto renewal but I cancelled on the last renewal. I will be taking further action.

This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT buy their crap, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was charged for a subscription that was supposed to be turned off months ago, when I called in, they ran me around, told them I wanted the refund & she gave me some number that wasn’t even a full number & told me she couldn’t transfer me then hung up. I called back & let the person know I wasn’t happy as I was hung up on & was looking for a refund HE ALSO hung up.

I contacted mcafee week ago as my technician recommended this anti virus, i spoke with mcafee agent jess and he is very knowledgable about their products. Thanks to this young man who helped me.

I had purchased TrueKey and was paying 19$. in my last renewal, your poor system forced me to renew Total Security and paid 52$; its my bad luck that I left Kasperksy and moved here. Now I renewed Total security and paid 52$ even I don't require antivirus. ONLY I NEED TRUEKEY. still my truekey is not renewed.
